Ya know when you just look at two people and just KNOW they should be together...well, that is how I feel about Audrey and Aaron. :)
Alright friends, I realize I have been MIA from the blogging front for awhile and I promise I have a reason for that! :) Not only was I in Chicago for a week (more to come on that later), but I ventured off to the wonderland of Southern California to meet up with some of the most stylish, rad and down-right nicest peeps in the wedding industry. Chenin Boutwell along side with the Wedding Chicks hosted, what I wholeheartedly believe, to be the best workshop on the planet. Not only were they laying all the cards on the table to answer our deepest, darkest questions, but they brought encouragement, education and tons of clarity to me! :) And for that I am sooo soo thankful! Be prepared to see some great changes from me in 2010....changes that will rock! Guaranteed! :) If any of you had been watching the news last week you have heard the sheer mess of rain that So Cal was getting......and despite my best efforts to chant to the sun gods for their golden rays to come out...it wasn't happening. It was friggin' El Nino producing tornado like winds and dumping monsoon amounts of rain on the poor state. None-the-less we rocked out a shoot with a bride and groom as soon as the clouds parted and also "OOooo'ed and awwweee'd" over the awesome reception set up that Angel Swanson poured over!
The details were *off the charts* for the reception set up! I LOOVEED this....
And another high five award goes out to these awesome vendors! :)

All I can say about this album is.....Emily you have out done yourself! You did a fantastic job on our wedding photos but these are soooooo awesome. You totally caught Pam and Olin at their best, with each other! Way to go. I cried when I saw these...
Katie Shipman (Pam's Sister!)
I love, love, love these my dear! You are a rockstar with that camera!
(01.25.10 @ 1:48PM)I am going to take just a small moment to brag about how fabulously awesome our couples and clients are; and never has this been more evident than as I sit here looking through all of their beautiful smiles and recap just how perfect each and every wedding was this year! Not only is each couple totally in love and thrilled to be getting married but they are *hands down* the most fun, photogenic, and happy clients around! :)

Our receptions this year could also have been nominated for parties of the year...live bands, bonfires, props, photobooths......our receptions were hoppin'.....
Happy New Year......I wish you all many smooches, hugs and new memories at Mr and MRS in 2010! :)The pictures look great Emily! I'm hoping to get my new website up and running in 2010, and hopefully get some more business. Congrats on all of your success this last year! I hope it continues for many years to come. :o)

(01.20.10 @ 11:14PM)He loves to wear it out in the snow (well....that is a complete lie and you can tell by his facial expression that he is never to happy with me when I put it on!) I wish that I could claim that I knitted this beauty all by myself but the reality is I fell in love with it when I saw it on Etsy. I had to have it for pug. :)
EMILY- love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That brought me a HUGE smile, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You're awesome Emily and pug told me he likes it, too! Happy New Year!

The news has been calling it SNOMAGEDDON 2009......but I call it awesome! I woke to a fresh 6 inch blanket of beautiful, fluffy, white snow on the ground. We are predicted to get about 497 more inches so I thought the "break" in this winter blizzard would be a perfect time to put on my snow boots and zip up that parka! I took in the quiet muffled sounds of winter and filled my lungs with that cold air! :) It was the *MOST GLORIOUS* way to start my morning...
love you miss emily! Happy Holidays!
